1. General rules.
1.1 Profanity is prohibited. Swearing is allowed in a context that is not offensive to other users. However, excessive use of swearing is punishable (Using obscene words in a profile — in nicknames/avatars — is prohibited)
1.2 It is prohibited to write meaningless or empty information that does not carry any semantic load (flooding).
1.3 It is prohibited to flood with emoticons. (Emoji)
1.4 It is prohibited to write messages in solid capital letters, solid bold, italics, underlined font. In this case, a message is considered to violate this rule if more than a third of the entire message is typed in such text.
1.5 It is prohibited to discuss the actions of the administration.
1.6 It is prohibited to publish materials of a rude, violent, cruel nature, calls for such, messages of an extremist nature.
1.7 It is forbidden to insult other users and the channel administration, either directly or indirectly. An insult remains a violation, even if it is hidden under sarcasm or indirect insinuation.
1.8 Discrimination on any basis is forbidden - race, nationality, civil status, gender, religion, age, disability, occupation or sexual orientation.
1.9 Discussing politics is forbidden!
1.10 It is forbidden to use derogatory definitions of various nationalities, peoples and groups.
1.11 It is forbidden to quote personal correspondence from private messages or other means of communication between forum participants without the express consent of both parties.
1.12 It is forbidden to disclose anyone's personal information. This applies to both your own data and data received from other users via the private part of the forum and other means of communication (for example, addresses, phone numbers, email, financial data, reposting personal photos of forum members, social media profiles, etc.).
1.13 Discussion and public condemnation of the actions of Team representatives - administrators and moderators - is prohibited. If you are sure that a moderator is exceeding their authority, contact the administrator.
1.14 Posting messages calling for suicide is prohibited.
1.15 Using the Caps Lock key without necessity is prohibited.

2. Nicknames.
2.1 Nicknames that can offend another person in one way or another are prohibited.
2.2 Nicknames containing obscene language are prohibited.
2.3 Using website addresses, email addresses, and other contact information in nicknames is prohibited.

3. Punishment

3.1 In case of violation of the rules, the administration has the right to determine the degree of punishment itself, from a simple warning to blocking an account on the site.
